Pumps are held subject to test devices in the last stage and data are archived. Test reports are submitted to our customers upon request.

ESMAKSAN Makine Sanayi has been manufacturing torque and torque components suitable for many models of construction equipment of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kawasaki, Volvo, Clark, Allison, Furukawa brands since its inception in 1977. The turbines, impellers and stators used in manufacturing are cast with quality material and hot treated if necessary at our own facilities.

ESMAKSAN provides customers with transmission, hydraulic and carter pumps suitable for machinery of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kawasaki, Volvo, Clark, Allison, Furukawa and ZF brands at the highest quality and after going through standard tests. The pumps pressure, flow rate and temperature are measured in our pump test device and the reports are recorded in our archives. They are available for our valuable customers upon request.

The plates used in the pump are our own production. The parts used in installation such as felt, balls, bearings and seals etc. are the best quality. The pump body and the pump gear are manufactured by high quality CNC systems. Customized production is also available.

ESMAKSAN has started to produce traction and traction gear in many products. Now the pinion box, the final drive gear, the traction gear and the complete traction is produced at the best quality thanks to our state of the art production. No trouble is encountered during operation thanks to our advanced technology. Having manufactured final drive gears, traction gears and complete tractions for Kawasaki brand models, ESMAKSAN now manufactures products suitable for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai, Volvo, Hidromek, Hitachi, Sumitomo, New Holland etc. tailored production is also available.
